How We Build

Our Process

You describe the home. We draw it, price it transparently, and build it, with the owner on your site from the first stake to the final walkthrough. Three phases. No mysteries.

01

Design

Describe it. We'll draw it.

It starts with a conversation about how you live, not a sales meeting. We walk your lot, or help you find one, and before design begins you'll have a realistic range for the home you're describing. We build cost-plus: you see what materials and labor actually cost, so pricing stays transparent even when the market moves. Then design development begins: architecture, engineering, selections, scope.

You leave this phase holding: approved plans, a defined scope, and pricing you can see into.

02

Build

One builder. On your site.

Monte Carlo isn't a company where the owner sits behind a desk. We're on your site, measuring, inspecting, and building alongside the team, because the details that matter most are the ones nobody sees after drywall. The envelope is sealed, blower-door tested, and thermally imaged. We measure and verify, because "we think it's fine" isn't how we build. You'll always know what happened this week and what happens next, and nothing changes price without your approval first.

You leave this phase holding: a home whose performance was measured and verified, not assumed.

03

Deliver

Keys, not goodbyes.

Before move-in: a full walkthrough, every system commissioned, smart-home tutorials, and documentation for the home you now own. After move-in: warranty coverage and the builder's direct number.

You leave this phase holding: the keys, the documentation, and a builder who still answers the phone.
